While working through the Marketing Plan and Analysis, Osseo Savitt Paint’s internal team created a website using Wix CMS. The following review was created to help staff understand design best practices, and to identify where improvements could be made.

Competitive Analysis

The following Competitive Analysis was completed for DecoPac in preperation for a site redesign effort.

The JD Power 2010 Gas Utility Customer Satisfaction Study ranked 24 utilities on a variety of customer satisfaction criteria. This Competitive Analysis evaluates the websites of the top 8 of these companies. Specifically, this document focuses on the areas of online account use and creation, and billing and payment functionality and information.

Documentation for End Users

The following documents were created to instruct DecoPac’s bakery customers on how to set up online ordering.

In 2012, DecoPac’s consumer website, Cakes.com, needed to be transferred to a new development partner. This document was created for the new development partner, so they could better understand the functionality of the website they were taking over.
