I am a digital marketer specializing in website content management, experience optimization and content strategy, with over 20 years of experience.

My focus areas include web content publishing, content strategy, site optimization, and process improvements and documentation.  I have extensive knowledge of layout, design, copywriting and development best practices for websites and email marketing.

  • Over 20 years of website management using AEM, WordPress, Drupal and more CMS systems – I don’t think there’s a CMS I can’t figure out
  • Experience managing website migrations to new CMS – I had a lead role managing a migration for a website with over 7000 pages, including responsibility for testing and final sign-off
  • Able to speak “developer” and liaison between marketing and web development
  • Experience in digital project management, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing – familiar with agile methodologies (LinkedIn/Atlassian certification)
  • Desire to make data-driven decisions, based on both analytics and other user research
  • Experience running A/B testing and experience targeting with Adobe Target as well as knowledge of usability/UX, and website optimization best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO and web copywriting best practices
  • HTML5, CSS and front-end development knowledge
